This reports on the second national-level consultative workshop held to (1) introduce the BAS MWRDS project, under the regional framework for cooperation on the Nile waters, and the guiding principles of its parent program, the Eastern Nile Subsidiary Action Program (ENSAP), which is part of the Nile Basin Initiative (NBI); and to (2) understand the water resources, social, environmental and climate change issues in the BAS region from local perspectives.
