A Synthesis Report on Socio-Economic Profile of Abbay-Blue Nile, Baro-Akobo-Sobat-White Nile, Tekeze-Setit-Atbara and Main Nile Basins.

To promote the Eastern Nile (EN) Joint Multipurpose Program (JMP), inventories containing information on socio-economic issue was made for the three Eastern Nile countries (Egypt, Ethiopia and Sudan). Subsequent to the need to compile these relevant country-based information at sub-basin level, three thematic synthesis reports were prepared with relevant info and data organized for the four main Eastern Nile sub-basins: Abay-Blue Nile, Baro-Akobo-Sobat-White Nile, Tekeze-Setit-Atbara, and Main Nile.
