This Report is a summary of key issues identified during country consultations held in each country, which are to be used to inform the identification and assessment of potential investment opportunities in the EN Basin. The identified issues are listed per country (Ethiopia, South Sudan and The Sudan) and per sector (Environmental, Social, Hydropower and Irrigation).
